We work closely with our clients in order to formulate the best possible lunch for their needs, and select the perfect caterer to realize this. You are, of course, free to choose your own caterer if you wish.

Kokkies Catering

 

Home-made fresh soups, a diverse array of warm meals daily, rich salads, sandwiches, and smoothies: Kokkies Catering prepares them all with care and love. The business, started in 2005 bij Chris en Joppe, have a 15 man strong team of specialists that provide lovely lunches to customers such as Talpa, Calvin Klein, Rockstart, RTL Nederland, Aids Fonds, Warner Bros., and many more. Besides their culinary finesse, Kokkies are also socially engaged: they support, amongst others, the Ajax Foundation Run and SOS Kinderdorpen.

Mediterranean cooking culture is all about olive oil, garlic and sun-ripened tomatoes. Sitting at long tables, drinking proper wine from nice bottles and eating famously delicious meals: that’s the food culture. Westerkaatje combines both of those elements. Only fresh products make it into their kitchen; herbs such as basil, sage, thyme, coriander and mint are the foundation of renown quiches, salads, pate’s and main courses, like the Italian Porchetta, Scallopina al limone and Falafel di fave.

Originally founded by Erik en Simone van den Eijnde, the sibling duo have grown their enterprise to a 27-man strong catering company, with true passion for delicious and wholesome food. And it is not just about flavor at Gastmaal, as they exclusively use biological meats and sustainably procured fish and vegetables in season. The true flavor however, is derived from the homemade touch. With special favor for vegetarian dishes, Gastmaal specializes in Mediterranean dishes, with regular ventures into Middle Eastern cuisine.

With Sjalotte, you will find your lunch being different every day of the week, laden with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Every day the menu will feature a soup and a salad that are both healthy and easy to digest. Sjalotte stays true to the purity and origin of its ingredients, and in order to do so they get a large share of their produce from farmer’s markets and local stores from the countryside. They also never throw out any food, and package their soups and salads in glass weck jars. Zeitoen is a Syrian lunch catering business operating within Startup Kitchen, a social impact driven Food Business Incubator. Startup Kitchen is focused to enable refugee food entrepreneurs to succeed in their new home. They do this by providing a perfect breeding ground for emerging refugee entrepreneurs to show off their talent, learn from experts and to explore their possibilities. Founder and Director, Jay Asad is a refugee himself who arrived 3 years ago from Syria. He is determined on helping fellow refugees realize their ambition in creating value for themselves and for their communities by reaching work that suits their talent or by creating new businesses of their own thus, new jobs for refugees and for locals as well. Since inception in January 2017, they catered to many prestigious and well-known business entities such as: VPRO, Heineken, Philips, Booking.com, Ben&Jerry, Linda.man, Deustche Bank, Tony Chocolonely among many more.

The pronounced flavours and smells of those cuisines, together with the seasonal offerings, form the base for lunches, dinners, drinks, picnics, catering on location and more. All dishes are prepared in-house with fresh, sustainable ingredients. Joanna and Zahra feel right at home in the vegetarian and vegan cuisines too. Should there be guests with food intolerances and/or a diet, then they are more than willing to find an alternative according to the guests’ specific needs.
